Immersion Therapy - Wine Bath Spa Suite…
This Wine Bath experience although contemporary in design, is inspired by traditional French vino therapies. It offers a secluded recovery area where you can luxuriate with your partner while enjoying a light healthy refreshment from our Spa Cuisine Menu.

Immersion Therapy - Geisha Spa Suite….. Designed for the romantic spa experience, the Geisha Spa Suite offers you a luxuriously appointed private couples retreat. Immerse yourself in the warm, soothing air injected hydro massage bath, designed to capture the essence of Noosa’s natural surrounds. It is recommended when experiencing any immersion therapy you drink as much water as possible throughout the treatment.

Rain Therapy – Vichy Shower…
Stephanies® Ocean Spa is proud to offer the unique therapy that is Vichy. Using a combination of skin and body therapy with specially customised water massage, a Vichy shower ritual will provide the relaxation and detoxification that you require. Our Vichy shower is hand made from 100% reclaimed 100 year old Acacia Cedar from the Northern Australian rainforests.

Sole Suite.… Stephanies® is renowned for decadent hand and foot therapies. At Stephanies® Ocean Spa we are proud to offer these famous treatments in our custom designed “Sole Suite”. Complete with a projector screen, you can transform this suite into your ultimate private group destination.

Tranquil Lounge.… Retreat to comfy lounges while you sip a soothing herbal tea of your choice. This tranquil post-treatment ritual offers you the perfect opportunity to simply curl up for a snooze or to kick back with a good read in complete stillness and serenity.

Our spa team is happy to offer advice, ensuring you choose treatments specifically suited to your special needs. Treatments may be combined to make unique spa experiences.

When to arrive…
To enhance your spa experience, we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. This will allow time for you to complete a consultation form and indulge yourself with one of our luxurious robes and a pair of spa slippers. Leave your cares at the door and unwind in our calming, therapeutic and relaxed Tranquil Lounge. Giving yourself time prior to your treatment will help to optimise the overall effect of your visit to Stephanies® and completely rebalance your mind, body and spirit.

What happens if I am late…
Arriving late will simply limit the length of your treatment and therefore lessen your time spent with us. Treatments will always finish as scheduled in order to not delay and inconvenience the next client.

Cancellation policy… Cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is free of charge if made 24 hours in advance. A credit card number is required at the time of booking to secure your spa appointment. If you fail to show for your appointment without notice to Stephanies®, the total treatment cost will be charged. No shows will also incur payment of the total treatment cost. Rates and payment of spa services… All rates and services are inclusive of GST and may be subject to change without notice. The spa accepts cash and all major credit cards. Resort guests may charge spa services to their room account.

Parking…
Guests of Stephanies® Ocean Spa are welcome to use the car parks located directly below the spa. Please look for our Stephanies® parking signs. Viridian Village Noosa Heads also offers a shuttle service for resort and spa guests. Please enquire with spa reception for more information. Should you have special transportation requirements, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly reservations team to assist you in making the arrangements.

What should I bring…
On arrival our spa receptionist will greet you and after your spa consultation, you will be asked to change into a spa robe and slippers and secure your belongings in your personal locker. Towels, showers and toiletries are all provided for you. Please bring swimwear bottoms for any Immersion and Rain Therapy treatments or we can provide you with hygienic disposable underwear. If you intend to make use of the resort’s pool, please bring your own suitable attire. Please leave your valuables at home as Stephanies® cannot take responsibility for belongings left unattended in the spa.

Use of aquatic facilities…
As guests of Stephanies® Ocean Spa day visitors are welcome to relax by the pool and take in the natural surroundings with a minimum of one hour treatment. Please be advised the pool is not available for day visitors when Stephanies® Ocean Spa is closed.

Lifestyle activities...
Meditation, Tai Chi and Yoga Classes are coming soon. Please call spa reception or resort reception for further details.

Special requirements…
Our team is happy to assist with any special requirements you may have. Please inform our spa coordinator of any special dietary requirements, refreshments etc you need, so you can properly experience the lifestyle benefits of our spa.

Medical conditions…
Please inform your spa receptionist and spa therapist of any health concerns that you may have when making your booking and when completing your client card. Our expert therapists can correctly advise on special conditions.

Pregnancy…
We recommend that you wait until your second trimester to enjoy massage and body therapies and there will be some spa therapies that you will not be able to experience during your pregnancy, however you can relax and enjoy skin therapies and hand and foot therapies at any time during your pregnancy. Please inform reception upon your time of booking regarding your pregnancy. We are happy to advise you on suitable treatments for you during this special time.
